New tilt-wall construction of a four-story office building core & shell, totalling
approximately 120,000 s.f.  

Steve Soderlund's role as Job Captain includes working with a project manager to
produce drawings for site plan approval, design development, and construction
documents. In addition, Steve coordinated with consulting engineers and compiled
zoning and building code analysis which are implemented into the drawings.  He
worked closely with the design-build contractor, the project designer, the city, and
governing agencies throughout the process to deliver a complete permit set of
drawings.

Although this project was not built, it was successfully taken through the
permitting process.

Steve Soderlund's role as Job Captain included production of drawings for site
plan approval, design development, and construction. In addition, Steve
coordinated with the consulting engineers and compiled zoning/building code
analysis which are implemented into the drawings.  He worked closely with the
design build contractor, the project director, the city, and governing agencies
throughout the process to deliver a complete permit set of drawings.

Although this project was not built it was successfully taken through the
permitting process.

totalling approximately 44,000 sf.  Part of a master plan study for development.

Steve Soderlund's role as Job Captain consisted of site plan approval, design
development, and coordinating with engineers to produce the construction
documents. He compiled zoning/building code analysis and implemented into the
project.  He worked closely with the project manager, the city, and governing
agencies throughout the process to deliver a complete design development set of
drawings.

This project was not built.

Palm Beach Park of Commerce Tenant Improvements
Jupiter, Florida

Work done while employed by RLC Architects, Architect of Record.


Flex office/warehouse tenant improvements within an existing warehouse.

Steve Soderlund's role as the job captain was to create and design over a dozen
separate tenant spaces with a principal of the firm's supervision, each with there
individual construction documents and program needs.  Also, to address and
satisfy building department comments, and to comply with applicable building
codes.

In addition working closely with the owner's representative to solve construction
issues in the field before and during construction.
