The project consists of new construction of a 10 story loft/parking garage building
68 flats and 2 story units, rental office space at street level, with an above ground
pool area, approximately 175,000 sf.

Vicki Soderlund's involvement as Project Manager began at design development,
unit types, sufficient parking on three levels, and meet various code/municiapl
requirements. In addition, Vicki developed the details required and coordinated an
in-house architectural team and an engineering team to produce comprehensive
documents and specifications for permit and construction.  This project was not
built.

Aquavista
Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Work done while employed by RLC Architects, Architect of Record.


The project consists of new construction of 6 three story loft buildings with roof
terraces, 31 individual units, 1 building type, 2 unit types, totalling approximately
70,000 sf.

Vicki Soderlund's role as Project Manager consisted of coordinating construction
documents to obtain a building permit, and significant involvement in the
construction administration process with weekly site visits, shop drawings
coordination, and resolution of various field conditions. In addition, Vicki produced
a selection of materials for flooring, cabinetry, tile and paint to be used by buyers
as optional unit finish packages. Three of the six building were built during Phase I
of construction.

The Groves Townhomes
Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Work done while employed by RLC Architects, Architect of Record.


The project consists of new construction of 11 townhome buildings, 62 units, and
a community pool area totalling 134,000 sf.

Vicki Soderlund's role as Project Manager during construction consisted of site
coordination meetings, working with an owner and General Contractor in resolving
field conditions as they relate to construction, and coordinate shop drawing
review.
Villa D'Este
Miami Beach, Florida

Work done while employed by Jaime Shapiro Architects, Architect of Record.


The project consists of new construction of a 6 story residential/hotel building
facing both Collins Avenue and Ocean Drive, with a roof pool area and ground level
retail rental space.

Vicki Soderlund's role as a draftsman consisted of working with a project
manager in producing drawings required for construction and permitting, as well
as plans to be used for marketing. Although permit plans were completed, this
project was not built.

Work done while employed by Gonzalez Architects, Architect of Record.


The project consists of new construction of 54 villas, approximately 700 sf each,
and a community pool area.

Vicki Soderlund's role as Project Manager during the initial design stages of the
project consisted of working with the firm Principal in developing site and unit
design, selecting the color scheme, and producing renderings, signage and logo
for marketing.

Oak Hammock Townhomes
Fort Lauderdale, Florida

The project consists of new construction of 8 townhouse buildings, 3 building
types, 3 unit types, and a community pool area, totalling approximately 85,000 sf.

Vicki Soderlund's role as Project Manager consisted of coordinating construction
documents for permit/construction, weekly involvement in team site meetings and
shop drawing review, as well as resolution of various field conditions.

Vintage at Lighthouse Point Townhomes
Lighthouse Point, Florida

Work done while employed by RLC Architects, Architect of Record.


The project consists of new construction of 14 three and four story townhome
buildings, some with roof terraces, and a community pool area,
4 building types, 4 unit types, 80 units totalling approximately 53,000 sf.

Vicki Soderlund's involvement as Project Manager started at the early design
phases of the project. Vicki worked with the client, the project director, and the
city throughout the site plan approval process to layout the site and develop the
various conceptual unit types built today. With the team, she developed the color
scheme for the project and the paint scheme for each building which was
approved by the municipality. She coordinated an in-house architecture team and
an engineering team to produce the documents for permit and construction, and
had an extensive role during construction administration including numerous site
meetings, and shop drawing review.

The Courts
Miami Beach, Florida


The project consists of new construction of 5 city blocks of courtyard type
condominium apartment buildings with ground level parking and an elevated
plaza/community area at one level above the street.

Vicki Soderlund's role as a draftsman consisted of participating as a part of an
architectural team in producing drawings for permit and construction for this
large scale urban project. While working with a project manager,  Vicki's
responsibility included the production of one city block building drawings
consisting of plans, elevations, sections, details. In addition, revisions as required
during construction to personalize unit layouts were provided for many units until
the job was completed.
After
Turnberry Point II Condominium
Aventura, Florida

Work done while employed by Swedroe & Associates, Architect of Record.


The project consists of new construction of two 28 floor condominium buildings
with parking garage and amenities.

Vicki Soderlund's role as a draftsman consisted of working with one other
draftsman, and a project manager,  in producing drawings for permit and
consisting of plans, elevations, sections, details.

1,800 sf each.
